Hi I’m Sam, the founder of Renu. I’ve worked in fitness for over 10 years, but my journey hasn’t always been straightforward. I started out in bodybuilding, chasing muscle growth and the perfect physique.
While I got results, I soon realised the lifestyle wasn’t sustainable. Extreme dieting, constant pressure to look a certain way and an unbalanced approach to fitness took a toll on my body and mind.ā That realisation changed everything. I shifted my focus from all-or-nothing training to a more balanced approach, one that supports health and well-being in the long run. That’s why I created Renu!
It’s for men and women in their 30s and 40s who want to take back control without extreme diets or spending hours and hours in the gym. Whether you’re just starting out or wanting to break free from bad habits, my goal is to help you build a fitness plan that fits into your life, so you can feel strong, confident and sexy for years to come š
